  3. What size am I?

    Estimate the size of your wader using the Waders Size Chart.

    Provide all the following measurements: height, weight, chest, waist, hip, thigh and calf measurements. Also provide knee to floor and crotch to floor measurements. Please ensure that all measurements are made close to the body. We recommend you get another person to measure you to ensure all measurements are accurate. (See Waders Measuring Chart)

    If you don’t fit one of our standard sized waders, we can custom make a wader for you.

    If you prefer, you may print out our Order Form and fax your order to +64 03 6273 0692. Please include all the details requested above.

  6. Make your payment

    Once we receive your order, we will telephone you to confirm the total cost and arrange payment. If there are any additional costs, eg custom making fee, we will advise you. Your details are kept confidential.

    An invoice and eftpos receipt will be sent to you with your wader.

How long will my wader take to make?

Orders take approximately 7-10 working days to complete.

Warranty

Your Fly ‘N Dry Wader has a 1-year warranty against faulty workmanship. Keep your receipt.

Repairs

If you damage your wader we can repair it.

Simply send your wader to us with all your contact details and a letter outlining the problem. (Ensure your wader is clean and dry before sending it to us.)

We will contact you to arrange payment.

If we receive your repair by midday Tuesday, we will have it ready by midday Friday of the same week. We do not phone people to let them know their repair is ready. Please arrange for your repair to be picked up or for us to freight it back to you.

If the repair is needed due to faulty workmanship, please ensure a copy of your receipt is included with your wader.
